Figueora is currently on injured reserve, after suffering a season ending knee injury in September. He has been coaching OTW Santa Clara, his former PASL club in the PASL’s Pacific Division, leading them to first place in the division at this point in the season.

Vicente Figueroa enters his third season with the California Cougars. He defended his 2005-2006 MISL Rookie of the Year season by scoring 60 points in 23 games for California in the 2006-2007 season. The left-footed shooting forward notched five three-point goals along with nine assists in his second MISL season. His 60 points scored placed him second in scoring on the Cougars behind Enrique Tovar, and 11th best in the MISL.
Figueroa was named MISL Offensive Player of the Week (March 20), after scoring four goals in the Cougars March 18, 2006 victory over the Baltimore Blast. Figueroa appeared in 26 Major Indoor Soccer League games during his rookie season. Prior to joining the Cougars, Figueroa played in the PASL with Off the Wall Santa Clara from 2003-2005 and represented the West in the PASL All-Star Game in 2003. Figueroa has also had success in the outdoor game, playing in 8 games with the 2000 MLS Cup Champions Kansas City Wizards, recording 1 goal and 1 assist for 3 points.
In 1999, Figueroa started 14 of the 22 games played with the Kansas City Wizards. In 1998, Figueroa played with the San Jose Clash and saw action in 20 games for the club.
