6/14/09 - It counted as a win for the San Diego Fusion as far as the PASL-Premier Summer League goes, but it was a public debut for the San Diego Sockers as they had their coming out party at Del Mar Arena with an 11-5 win over La Cabana.

The Fusion wore their Sockers uniforms and headlined the San Diego Counry Fair.

Anthony Medina scored four goals and Kraig Chiles had three. Nate Hetherington had three assists.

The Sockers led just 4-2 at halftime, but outscored La Cabana 4-0 in the third quarter to pull away.

Eduardo Velez scored two goals for La Cabana.

The Fusion improved to 4-0 and La Cabana fell to 3-1.
